We want you to love your Korea's Choice. If for any reason you don't, we'll make it right.

14-Day Returns

Return any unused, undamaged item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Email us at infokoreaschoice@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

At Korea's Choice, we do not offer order cancellations. Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended under any circumstances, as we begin processing shipments immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

However, we want our customers to shop with confidence. For this reason, we guarantee a refund option: once your order has been delivered, you may return the product to us to request a refund.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Korea's Choice does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

What We Can't Accept

Returns on items that have been used, altered, or returned without original packaging cannot be processed.
